These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI CraftEd website and the services, sessions, trainings, programs, and content we offer (together, the "Services"). "AI CraftEd," "we," "us," and "our" refer to AI CraftEd. "You" refers to anyone who uses our website or Services.
By using our website, submitting a form, booking a session, or purchasing a Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or Services.
1. Our Services
AI CraftEd provides AI education, training, strategy, marketing, automation, CRM, and implementation services for entrepreneurs, educators, organizations, and brands. Specific details, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for paid engagements (such as corporate training or done-for-you services) may be set out in a separate proposal, invoice, or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to book sessions, make purchases, or enter into agreements with us. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Bookings, Payments, and Rescheduling
- Strategy sessions: Our paid strategy session is a 30-minute virtual session. The price is shown at the time of booking and is paid in advance through our payment processor (Stripe).
- Credit toward services: If you move forward with additional services, your consultation fee may be applied toward your next step, as described at the time of booking.
- Rescheduling and cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your session, or if we cancel, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled session. Missed sessions without notice are not refunded.
- Other purchases: Payment terms, refunds, and cancellation policies for programs, trainings, and services other than the strategy session will be stated at checkout or in your agreement.
- Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated.
4. Forms, Applications, and Inquiries
Submitting a form (for example, a contact form, a Crafted Conversations guest application, or a corporate training inquiry) does not guarantee acceptance, a booking, or a business relationship. We review submissions and respond at our discretion. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
5. Communications
By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or text message about your request. Marketing emails and text messages are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in an email or replying STOP to a text. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details on our text messaging program.
6. Results Are Not Guaranteed
Our sessions, trainings, and content are educational and strategic. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, your business, your market, and the third-party tools you use. We do not guarantee any specific income, growth, or business outcome. Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice; please consult a qualified professional for those matters.
7. AI Tools and Third-Party Services
Our Services may involve or recommend AI tools and third-party platforms (such as CRMs, scheduling, payment, video, and social media platforms). Those tools are provided by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, pricing, or changes. AI-generated output can contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing it before you use or publish it.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our Services, including text, graphics, logos, videos, training materials, templates, and course content, is owned by AI CraftEd or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
- You may use materials we provide to you for your own personal or internal business use.
- You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or create competing products from our materials without our written permission.
- Content you create for your own business using our training remains yours.
9. Podcast and Media Content
If you appear as a guest on Crafted Conversations or other AI CraftEd media, you agree that we may record, edit, publish, and promote the recording and your name, likeness, and approved bio across our channels. Specific terms may be covered in a separate guest release.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the website or Services for any unlawful purpose
- submit false information or impersonate anyone
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or our systems
- scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the website without permission
- record live sessions or trainings without our consent
We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
The website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI CraftEd and its owners, team members, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the website or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI CraftEd from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the website or Services.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to first try to resolve the issue informally by contacting the other in writing.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
